مافی ناسنامەی نیشتمانی،
مافی پێکهێنانی قەوارەی سیاسی سەربەخۆ،
مافی خۆبەڕێوەبردنی،
مافی حکوومەتی نیشتمانی،
مافی بەرگریکردن لە خۆ و بەرگری ڕەوا،
مافی بەرەنگاربوونەوەی پێشێلکاری سیستماتیکی مافەکانی مرۆڤ،
مافی مافەکانی مرۆڤ،
مافی خوێندن بە زمانی دایکی و مافی هەوڵدان بۆ مافە زمانییەکان،
مافی گەشەسەندن،
بەتاوان کردنی ئەم خواستانە کە لە هەموو یاسا نێودەوڵەتییەکاندا دانپێدانراون، گەورەترین پێشێلکردنی مافەکانی گەلی کورد بووە.

The Necessity of “Decriminalization” of the Legitimate Demands of the Kurdish People
One of the most crucial yet overlooked issues regarding the Kurdish national Question is the necessity of Ending the “Criminalization” of the legitimate Demands of the Kurdish people in all legal Frameworks. These Demands include:
The right to be recognized as a Nation,
The right to self-determination,
The right to cultural Identity,
The right to social Identity,
The right to political Identity,
The right to national Identity,
The right to a national Identification Document,
The right to establish an independent political Entity,
The right to self-Governance,
The right to national Governance,
The right to legitimate Defense,
The right to resist systematic Human rights violations,
The right to human rights,
The right to education in the mother tongue and the right to struggle for language rights,
The right to Development.
The Criminalization of these Demands, which are universally recognized under international law, has been one of the greatest Violations of the rights of the Kurdish nation.

مسالە لزوم پایان دادن بە “جرم انگاری” مطالبات مشروع کوردها
نکتە بسیار مهمی کە در مسالە ملی کوردها کمتر بدان پرداختە شدە است لزوم پایان دادن بە جرم انگاری مطالبات مشروع کوردها در همە قوانین است:
حق بە رسمیت شناختە شدن بە عنوان یک ملت،
حق تعیین سرنوشت،
حق هویت فرهنگی،
حق هویت اجتماعی،
حق هویت سیاسی،
حق هویت ملی،
حق شناسنامە ملی،
حق تشکیل یک قوارە سیاسی مستقل،
حق حکومت بر خویشتن،
حق حکومت ملی،
حق دفاع مشروع،
حق مبارزە با نقض سیستماتیک حقوق بشر،
حق حقوق بشر،
حق آموزش بە زبان مادری و حق مبارزە برای حقوق زبانی،
حق توسعە،
جرم انگاری این مطالبات کە در همە حقوق بین الملل بە رسمیت شناختە شدە است بزرگترین نقض حق ملت کورد بودە است.
